We built a custom order management system allowing:
Schools to place bulk orders based on student numbers.
Dietary requirement tracking for individual students.
Automated daily reports for manufacturing and delivery teams.
The Results
Originally starting off as a solution to a problem faced by Libelle Group, we created the Libelle Premium Foods portal, which eventually became the School Lunch Collective as a joint operation between Libelle and Compass. The operation is now solely managed by Compass.
The system has significantly improved efficiency, ensuring schools get the right meals while reducing food waste and logistical issues.
